From Dream to Reality: Our Journey

T-Connect began with the mission of providing convenient and cost-effective telecommunications services for the Vietnamese community in Japan. Over nearly six years of development, we have focused on enhancing product quality and customer service, with the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction.

Thanks to the enthusiastic support from the community, T-Connect has overcome the greatest challenge—the COVID-19 pandemic—and emerged as one of the leading providers of telecommunications services for Vietnamese in Japan. Currently, over 200.000 active mobile subscriptions are in use, with millions of products delivered to customers.
