DCM CALLING SIM INSTALLING CONFIGURATION GUIDE

Instructions for setting up SIM configuration for DCM calls

Step 1

  • Insert the SIM into your phone and make sure your phone is connected to an external internet network so that the SIM configuration can be downloaded.

  • Load the SIM configuration by pressing the “Download” below or scan the QR-Code below

  • When the phone screen displays a message as shown, select: “Allow"

Step 4

  • Please return to the main screen.
  • Then select “Settings” > “General Settings” > “Manage VPN & Devices”
  • In the “DOWNLOADED CONFIGURATIONS” section, delete the pre-installed configuration (if any).
  • Then select the configuration “PreSIM_TCN (v.1.0)” and press “Settings”
  • Then enter your phone password (if any) and continue to press “Settings”
  • Finally, click “Done” on the top right of the screen to complete the configuration for the DCM calling SIM.

Step 1

  • Go to MOBILE NETWORKS, then select the APN ACCESS POINT name

Note: If your device already has a name access point DOCOMO 4G then select, otherwise have to create a new access point with the same parameters as step 2.

Step 2

  • Click create new APN access point, then enter the configuration as follows
    • Name: TCN
    • APN : mvno.net
    • Username: presim
    • Password: presim
      (Note: all lowercase)
      Authentication Type: CHAP
  • Save and select the newly saved configuration to activate the SIM.
