RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
1. Return policy

- All SIM cards and Wi-Fi devices provided by T-connect are eligible for free returns within 03 days from the date the customer receives the product.
- Except for any price differences when exchanging for another product, no additional return or exchange fees will be charged.
- Note: T-connect does not accept returns or exchanges for products with damage caused by customer misuse or negligence (not due to manufacturer defects).
2. Warranty policy
For all sim card products and wifi transmitters provided by T-connect, the warranty policy is applied within 12 months from the date T-connect delivers the product to the customer.
2.1. Warranty conditions

- All components and equipment must have a warranty stamp or purchase invoice from T-connect. T-connect will check the warranty period of the equipment to make a final decision.
- Equipment failures are determined to be due to technical or manufacturing errors.
2.2. Exclusions from Warranty

- The machine or device shows signs of foreign liquid or water ingress.
- Machine or equipment due to collision or falling, broken, dented, deformed, scratched, damp, rusted, swollen.
- Damage to the device's screen is not covered by the warranty.
- The device shows signs of fire, rodent or insect intrusion or is used in a humid environment.
- Equipment damaged due to natural disasters, fire, unstable power source or improper installation, transportation, use, broken circuit, burnt, swollen, etc.
- No warranty for accessories such as: connecting cables, machine cases, switches, products given away with promotional programs.
2.3. Warranty Procedure

- All equipment is warranted free of charge during the warranty period (12 months).
- New products purchased within 03 days will be immediately exchanged for new products if the inspection shows that the product is damaged due to a manufacturer's fault.
- In case there is no new product to exchange, we will negotiate to exchange for another new product of equivalent value. Note: does not apply to devices such as consumables, devices that are cut, broken, have lost packaging or are scratched or dirty.
- In case the purchased product is over 03 days old, it will be returned for warranty (repair). If it cannot be repaired, the store will replace it with another equivalent product and this product does not necessarily have to be 100% new.
T-connect will not accept warranty for products with subjective errors caused by the customer (not manufacturer's errors).

2.5. Warranty Service Hours

- From 10am to 20pm every day of the week.
- Customers visiting the office within service hours can have their devices checked and received by technical staff on-site
- For warranty requests sent by post, T-connect will respond within 1–2 business days after receiving the item.
