SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Methods

When purchasing at T-connect, you can choose one of the following shipping and delivery methods:

• • • • Clickpost/letter pack for prepaid customers.
      • Daibiki (COD) for customers who want to pay on delivery.

2. Delivery time

Goods will be delivered later 1-2 working days after receiving notification of shipment from T-connect.
Note: Goods sent to remote islands such as Okinawa, Hokkaido then the maximum shipping time can be up to 7 days (excluding bad weather conditions).

3. Packaging Guidelines đpackaging

3.1. All goods sent by T-connect via the shipping unit are carefully packaged and sealed before shipping.
3.2. In case you find that the packaging is torn or shows signs of having been opened before, please follow these steps:

• • Customers respond now with the shipping unit.
  • Customers Notify now Contact T-connect for timely resolution.

At the latest for 02 hours From the time the goods arrive at the destination as requested by the customer, if the customer does not respond to T-connect, T-connect will consider that the customer has received the correct and complete goods as agreed.

4. Shipping Fees

• • For prepaid customers: Free of charge
  • For customers paying upon receipt of goods (Daibiki (COD)): 800¥
