Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within 1-2 business days after notification of shipment from T-connect. Note: Delivery to remote islands such as Okinawa and Hokkaido may take up to 7 days.

Returns and Exchanges:

All SIM cards and WiFi devices provided by T-connect are eligible for free returns and exchanges within 3 days from the date of receipt.

No additional return or exchange fees apply, except for price differences when exchanging for another product.

T-connect will not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to customer negligence (not manufacturer defects).

Product Warranty Policy

All SIM cards and WIFI devices provided by T-connect come with a 12-month warranty from the date T-connect delivers the product to the customer.

Warranty Conditions:
The device must have a warranty seal or a purchase invoice from T-connect. T-connect will check the warranty period of the device to make the final decision.

The warranty covers damages determined to be due to technical issues or manufacturer defects.
