INSTRUCTION PAYING FEES WITH SMARTPIT CARD AT CONVENIENCE STORES

Step 1

  • On the screen, let’s choose:「ファミマTカード／楽天Edy／WAON／スマートピット」
  • You can change the language as you want with「LANGUAGE」at the top right of the screen. There will be available 6 languages for your choosing: Japanese, Chinese, English, Korean, Portugal and Russian.

Step 2

  • Choose the button: 「スマートピット　Smart Pit」

Step 3

  • Receipt information will be displayed on the screen.
  • If the information on the screen is correct, please choose the button. 「次へ」to continue

Step 4

  • Smartpit payment information is displayed. Please check this and then choose the button. 「確認」

Step 5

  • Enter 13 digit numbers on your smartpit card, then choose the button「OK」

Step 6

  • Your payment information will be displayed.
  • Select the invoice you want to pay and choose the button: “OK“.
  • If you are making multiple payments, please re-enter after completing the selected payment.
  • When two or more items are selected, the Fami screen will be displayed and request you to start over.

Step 7

  • Please double-check the selected payment information and choose the button 「OK」

Step 8

  • The service payment receipt from the copy machine will be printed. Please hold onto the registration receipt:「商品名：スマートピットお支払い」and check the information printed before bringing it to the cashier’s counter.
  • The payment receipt is valid for 30 minutes after issuance.
  • Please make the payment within 30 minutes after printing.

  • Choose「各種番号をお持ちの方」

Step 2

  • Pleased enter 13 digit numbers on your Smartpit card (Remember to enter the correct numbers)

Step 3

  • After entering your numbers, please choose

  • Two services will be displayed, so please select 「スマートピットお支払い」 (Smart Pit Payment)

* If the number you entered on the previous screen is not a 13-digit number, “Smart Pit Payment” will not be displayed. In this case, press the “Previous” or “Back” button and re-enter your “Smart Pit Number (13 digits).”

Step 5

  • Confirm the amount to be paid, then click on the payment item you wish to settle.

 

Step 6

  • If the Payment Information Area change into the green, then choose「確定する」

Bước 7

  • Please double-check your payment information one more time. If correct, then choose「確定する」

Step 8

  • The machine will print the payment receipt.
  • Please take the receipt to the combini counter to complete the payment.
