T-Connect officially cooperates with DCOM, launching the DCOMPay payment method on the My T-Connect application, marking an important development step in the digital experience for the Vietnamese community in Japan.
Below are frequently asked questions to help you easily understand how to pay with DCOMPay and receive the fastest offers.

1. What is this promotion?
This is a promotion program to celebrate the cooperation between T-Connect x DCOM. When paying for SIM/WiFi or T-Connect bill with DCOMPay on My T-Connect app, customers will receive 300 points (equivalent to 300 yen) back into their My T-Connect account.
Note:
This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other T-Connect promotions when paying bills.
2. What is DCOMPay?
DCOMPay is a new payment method. Customers can use the balance in their DCOM account to directly pay for T-Connect services such as buying SIM, WiFi or paying monthly fees.
3. Who can participate in this program?
During the program, all customers who need or are using T-Connect and DCOM services can participate.

5. What conditions do I need to use DCOMPay?
To pay with DCOMPay, your DCOM account needs to:
– KYC verified successfully
– Have enough balance to make the transaction
6. How to purchase on the My T-Connect app
Step 1: Open My T-Connect application → Select Shop
Step 2: Select the product you want to buy
Step 3: Read product information → Click Buy
Step 4: Enter the delivery address → Return to the payment screen
Step 5: Enter voucher code (if any) → Select payment method → Click Order
Step 6: Go to My Orders → Pay with DCOMPay
7. Is there any fee for payment with DCOMPay?
No. When using DCOMPay method, you will not incur any additional transaction fees.
8. How to pay with DCOMPay on My T-Connect
1. On the Order Confirmation page, select Payment Method
2. Select DCOMPay (first item in the list)
The system will automatically switch to the DCOM application for you to make payment.
9. How do I know if the payment was successful?
After payment, you will receive a confirmation notice on:
– My T-Connect application (order status will be updated)
– DCOM application
10. Account has enough money but cannot pay?
Please contact Fanpage DCOM, provide customer code for checking and support.
11. Can I cancel/change SIM after purchase?
- and yes: Once activated, it cannot be canceled. If the SIM is faulty or has no signal, please contact the hotline/Fanpage for support to change according to the policy.
- Physical SIM: Please contact hotline or Fanpage T-Connect for support in exchanging/returning goods according to regulations.

12. Faulty SIM – can I get a refund?
If the SIM is faulty due to T-Connect, you will be supported to exchange/refund according to T-Connect's policy.
13. I received the SIM but it cannot be used/activated?
Please contact hotline or Fanpage T-Connect for the fastest and most detailed instructions.
14. I paid but haven't received my SIM after 3 days?
In case the payment is successful, please contact the hotline or Fanpage T-Connect to check the delivery.
15. I have inserted the SIM but there is no signal?
Please contact hotline or message Fanpage T-Connect for technical support.
16. Where can I review my SIM payment history using DCOMPay?
Follow these instructions:
Open DCOM app → Account → Transaction history → select DCOMPay
Here will display details of your transactions.
17. Who do I contact if I need assistance?
Payment error from DCOMPay system: DCOM will check and guide the operation.
Paid & received the product but want to return it: Please contact T-Connect to verify the transaction and support according to the policy.
