PRODUCT POLICY

T-connect’s commercial policy for telecommunications products includes the following details:

1. 1. Mobile Service Provider: 3 carriers SOFTBANK, AU, DOCOMO
   2. Mobile package speed:
      – Before speed limit: depends on the bandwidth speed of the mobile service provider.
      – After speed limitation: 128Kbps for SOFTBANK and AU networks, 256Kbps for DOCOMO network.
   3. Contract term: The contract term is 12 months from the month of service registration. 
   4. Cancellation fee: No cancellation fee applies.
   5. Payment method: Cash on delivery (Daibiki(COD)), bank transfer, direct cash payment.
   6. Additional costs, in addition to product shipping costs:
      – Consumption tax: the price displayed on the website includes tax so there is no additional charge.
      – Shipping fee: free for customers who pay in advance, and an additional 800¥ for customers who pay upon receipt (Daibiki(COD)).
      – Payment fee: payment fee incurred to payment service company/bank for bank transfer payment and payment at convenience stores.
   7. Delivery time: Goods will be delivered 1-2 working days after receiving notification of shipment from T-connect.
      Note: For remote islands such as Okinawa and Hokkaido, delivery may take up to 7 days.
